If you would like to be added to a waiting list for any of our litters, please contact us through our contact form on the Contact Us page. We will start accepting 1st choice male & female deposits from our litters, but will not exceed more than those two reservations per litter until after litter has been whelped. The only exception to this policy is under the circumstances that Deposit Holder is willing to change gender preference, be moved to a future litter of the same pairing if dam doesn't produce what Deposit Holder desires, OR move to an entirely different litter if available at that time or in the future.
Pricing Schedule
Uness otherwise agreed upon, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE 20% holding fee (deposit) for all of our puppies to reserve & hold a puppy after puppies are whelped. We DO NOT accept deposits until puppies have been whelped; after the first choice male & female reservations are filled. The only exception to this policy is if Deposit Holder is flexible switching to a different gender puppy, or willing to move to a future breeding of the same pair deposit was placed on, OR if Deposit Holder is willing to move to another available litter if litter doesn't produce preferred puppy on current reserved litter. The order of deposits received will determine the order in which you have your choice of puppy. Our policy on this stands, & will not deviate from this policy under any circumstances. If, in the case Buyer CHOOSES to move to another litter, or different gender within the litter, Buyer will forfeit original reserved placement & will fall into sequential position based on prior deposits on that litter received. (Example: original deposit is for 1st male, but male isn't produced, so Deposit Holder chooses to move to the next available litter for a male. If reservation is already claimed for 1st choice male, you will automatically be placed as 2nd choice.) Please respect our policy regarding this issue; we hold true to our integrity & keep the process as fair & as simple as possible.
Puppy temperament &/or gender preferences will be specified on our deposit contract at the time of reservation.
Payment plans are available. Please contact us for more information. Final balance of puppy INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION FEES, if applicable, WILL BE PAID WHEN PUPPY LEAVES OUR PROPERTY. We may be able to hold puppies longer than 8 weeks if standard arrangements need to be changed; subject to boarding fees at the rate of $25 per day. We do try to be as accommodating as possible.
Vaccinations, microchip identification, AKC registration, eight week vet-issued certificate of health, NuVet puppy starter pack, lifetime breeder support, & dewormings will be provided at no additional charge.
Shipping is available at buyer's expense. Additional USDA health certificate is needed to transport a puppy out of state via pet air cargo (Delta Pet Air Cargo, United, Alaska, etc.) Shipping fees, crate, food dish & USDA health certificate are to be purchased at new puppy owner's expense & will be included with the additional shipping fees.
*We can occasionally offer flight cabin options as well. Prices depend on airfare rates, & Evans Shepherds' availability to provide personal flight nanny services. Generally, a fee of $100-$125 is charged for a puppy to fly as a carry on. This option is only available for puppies that fit within flight's specific size & weight limitations. Usually puppies within 8-10 weeks of age can fly in cabin. A flight nanny fee of $20/hour will be added for personal Breeder or nanny delivery.
*We will do our best to accommodate our clients by offering breeder personal delivery at Breeder's discrepancy. A $20/hour, plus $.50/mile fuel charge will be required for Breeder ground transportation.
If puppy is over the age/size requirements for air travel, it is recommended that buyer picks up puppy from Evans's Shepherds location, or arranges pet ground transportation.
Our puppy prices start at $2500 PLUS 6% IDAHO SALES TAX with limited AKC registration unless otherwise disclosed. Depending on pedigree, prices may increase. Please verify specific litter prices before placing a deposit with us. Also, please contact us prior to placing a reservation due to limited availability. Full registration may be received AFTER owner has completed appropriate health screening on their puppy. (OFA/DM minimum requirements) $500 will be paid to Breeder for full AKC registration.
We reserve the right to refuse puppy sale to anyone for any reason to ensure safety, health, & compatibility of our dogs. If Evans Shepherds refuses the sale of a puppy after receiving a deposit, full refund of the deposit will be issued within 30 calendar days.
We are more than willing to accommodate ESA/Service animal placements. Some requirements in order to be eligible for a service or ESA animal are:
1) Must provide references
2) Must have a trainer lined up to help puppy reach it's full service/ESA training potential
3) Buyer & trainer must be willing to work with Breeder to match animal's compatibility in placement, & will work together during the choosing/training process.
